I'm Alex Weisberg. My background is enterprise learning, not traditional software engineering. Generative AI changed what I believed was possible to build on my own — so I started learning by making things.

I could go from noticing a problem to shipping a working prototype on my own, without needing a full engineering team first. That curiosity became a practice, then a public habit of building.

What motivates me is simple: I get an idea for an app that would make my life easier, or a game I'd like to play, and if it evolves into something that could add value for others, share it with the world. I build with AI assistance (Cursor and modern models are part of how I work), but I still own the judgment: what to cut, what to ship, and how the experience feels.

The other half of the work is translation. When I write in the Learning Log or walk through an app, I try to name the judgment calls: what I tried, what broke, what I'd teach someone else next. Clear language and real examples are how AI skill spreads.

This site is that practice in public. Apps are things people can use. Prototypes are questions I'm still exploring. Learning Log is where I share my learning with the world.
